I am honestly shocked at how good these new glasses look and feel that I got from Firmoo.com.  I am one of those people to say it like it is and I am really happy with what I received.  The online look of the glasses does not resemble the actual appearance of the glasses.  Also, the online feature that lets you see it on different faces was almost a turn off from me even getting them.  Now that I have them in hand and have tried them on, I am pleasantly surprised at how good they actually look and feel on me!

There is some connection with the human spirit/soul and music.  I have never met anyone that does not enjoy some type of music or another.  For me, I like many different types of music, but my favorites are religious and dance type music, they both just seem to lift my spirits.  Ever since I was young, I always wanted to learn guitar.  It just seemed to be majical to me the beautiful sounds that could come from such an instrument.  My uncle started teaching me on an acoustic guitar, and it took awhile, but I finally go the hang of it after lots of practice and blisters on my fingers.  Since moving to America, I have talked with other people that learned guitar and they have told me it is much easier to learn from an electric guitar because you don’t have to have as much finger pressure on the strings and it allows for less precision to make a nice sound.  I have looked into Electric Guitar Value Packs because my husband has expressed an interest in learning guitar.  There are some 5 star rating reviews on some packs at a very reasonable price that I plan to share with him.

I heard salt is the major causes of high blood.  Since in college I love to eat with a lot of soy sauce, salt, dried fish, and salted fish.  Every meal time some of my close friends will hide all those salted thing.  I just came back from Philippines and I brought 5 kilos of dried fish, its many that makes my freezer full.  The other night I ate 3 big peaces of dried salted fish.  When I woke in the morning I dont fell good at all I fell like I see lots of stars.  So I said to my husband that maybe I have high blood now.  My said its not high blood its just  my sugar is low.

In my family we are not tree hugers, but we do try and make some changes in our lives that make less of an impact on the environment.  My husband is not too crazy about those new bulb that cost $10 – $15 each that the government is making us all change to here shortly.  Instead, he thinks that leds are a much better option and a lot less expensive.  So we are planning to slowly convert to this new form of lighting, which should use less power and be less expensive to run than the bulbs we’ve been using for years.

In our society, insurance is unfortunately a necessity.  Due to the high cost of things and thanks to our “lawyers” and money hungry individuals, we need to protect as much as we can from loss/damage and lawsuits (house, vehicles, health, and even businesses).  If you own a business, you may want to check out insurance general for general liability to at least cover some basics.

Our visit to Philippines is awesome except to the part that kids get sick.  The weather temperature in there is too hot it makes my kids sick. We are all careful specially the water there, we brushed our teeth from battled water, No cold food and open fruits.  My had the diarrhea but it did not take too long we brought some medicine for diarrhea.

My husband and I has been planning to do our work out good to loss some weight,  we already applied diet but still our weight is still up and down.  I am planning to apply additional method like pills but I need more detailed information for safety and health reasons specially I am still breast feeding right now with my 4 month old baby.

Sophia has a bad rashes right now on her body,  I did not know where she got, it’s either from the vaccine reactions or from the playground last easter egg hunting. We sent her to the doctor but the doctor said its just a heat rash and it is normal for the kids and we can just put a rash ointment on it, but its seems the ointment did not work.

I can say that we are now in the mid’s spring and the exiting summer is soon to come.  It is time to open our outdoor pool make sure all you pool lights are working good so that even night time you and your family can go swimming.  The american products pool light is ready to ship, try to check it out.
