What are the benefits of fruits into our body? Well, fruits are the best sources of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. According to what I’ve learned you should eat five servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Fruits are best to eat when they are ripe because when you cook it they will loose some part of nutrient salts and carbohydrates. This fruit are beneficial if you eat in the morning during breakfast time. I remember when i was in college the cafeteria always serve bananas, mangoes, or any fruits in the morning and i love it. Students will complain why we have it everyday because some of them never eat fruits and also vegetables. If you want to be healthy and away from diseases eat many fruits.
What is the importance of eating fruits and vegetables? I am not a food nutritionist but i want to share with you when i was in the college. The college that i studied was a vegetarian one and you cannot even bring any meat inside the cafeteria but if we really want to eat meat or fish we can bring it in our dormitory. I stayed in the college for more than seven years. I eat fruits and vegetables every meal that they served. When i went to visit my mom in our town people surprised to see me and asked where have i been since i looked very different. One by one starting to ask what was my secret of having a beautiful skin. I just laugh because i just eat fruits and vegetables every day. My skin was reddish sort likes a baby’s skin in other words flawless. Eating fruits and vegetables every make you look young and beautiful. Besides that you will also become healthy and away from having many diseases. When i was there in the college once in a while i complained why we always eat those stuff but now i realize that it is very important to eat fruits and vegetables everyday. In my seven years in the college i only got sick twice but maybe because of my carelessness sometimes. God will help you if you help yourself right? Lastly, i conclude health is wealth if you eat fruits and vegetables everyday.
