The Healthy Zone

Today we will talk about apple.  Apple is not really my favorite fruit, when I was in Philippines some people loves Fuji apple but not me.  When I cam here in the US I found out there are different kinds of apple, I love to eat the crispy one just like Gala and Red delicious.  The apples in the box is free so I get to get a lot. I found out that the fresh harvest apple is very juicy and crispy I love it so much.
