I found a new cool music computer device online today the quneo.  My Step son loves music and its his birthday this coming Thursday and I don’t know what to give to him yet, that is why I been searching cool stuff online today.  He is a smart boy so am sure this thing is easy for him to figure out how it works.

I been trying to loss weight lately, since January this I been searching online and try it but some of them works and some method did not.  Last time I tried the Apple Cider Vinegar I read it online they said it works but I notice my immune system is very low and it makes me sick for weeks.  I tried the squatting method too but I notice my body is not balance because I only did squatting a lone and now I have another one I been doing this for almost 3 weeks I hope it works good.

It’s been 5 days now since I started my work out again,  I need get back with my regular weight and try to flat my abs.  I notes every time I do some activity it gives a hard time, my feet slides on the floor.  Since then I been looking for a cheap yoga mat to help me not to get injured while working out.

My has been complaining about her arthritis,  She been telling me she can’t leave without medicine anymore, she needs pain reliever everyday.  My friend said her arthritis in her knees is gone already since we buried her two legs in the sand at the beach last time when we went to the beach.  I told my mom about it, I hope it will work to her I don’t know what in the sand that makes the arthritis better.

We have decided that we are going to cut out most of our TV viewing in our family and try to have more family time and maybe learn some new things or try some new hobbies!  I would like to get some ideas of musical things we can get to help motivate the children to learn musical instruments as they get older.  I even found some nice power cords for insturments at mogami at guitar center.

We finally took the trip to the doctor to see what the problem is and how to treat it.  We went to a local Urgent Care in order to try and save some money.  They took my vitals and asked me some questions.  A little later the doctor came in and listend to my breathing on my back, lightly pushed on my sinuses around my checks and on my forhead and wrote me a presciption for Azithromycin and told me I had a severe sinus infection and respitory infection.  He said that I need to take the medicine for 5 days but wouldn’t get the full results until day 10!  Oh noooooo!  I need relief faster than that!

I have been trying to think of some things that I can do from home to start my own business.  I like the idea of staying home with the children and I think I could help with some family income by trying to work from home.  I saw a nice website at http://www.eoncode.com that I think would be very useful if I had my own business.

We have tried several alternative remedies to try and help my spouse with this sinus infection.  We have tried facial message, pressure points on the face, lymph node stimulation, and breathing in of steam with vapor additives.  Some of these helped me when I tried it on myself, but my spouse is too severe to help with these methods, I guess it’s time for a trip to the doctor.

If you are thinking of getting a really nice keyboard, you should shop nord keyboards online.  They have a lot of nice keyboards they offer.  I really was into keyboards when I was in high school. It is amazing all the different sounds and different insturments you can sound line with having one of these things.  If you know how to play a piano, they are a must have.

My spouse has been suffering from a sinus infection for at least two weeks.  My spouse told me that it has been for more than four weeks, so I am very concerned.  I have tried to set up a doctor appointment but my spouse will only go as a very last result.  I have been looking online for ideas on message and pressure points to help.  Anyone have home remedies that work?
